We are a dynamic company looking for a skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.


Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, handling office tasks, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution;
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare meeting minutes;
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with exceptional customer service skills;
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to enhance their performance and productivity;
  • Analyze data, compile statistics, and create reports as required;
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory levels, and ensure timely ordering of necessary materials;
  • Provide exceptional support to colleagues and contribute to creating a positive work environment;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to continually improve processes and efficiency;

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is an asset;
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar software;
  • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and technologies quickly;
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities;
