Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
  • Task Management: Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data, prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
