Retail Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Tony's India Food Center. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, stockroom personnel, and other support staff.
- Sales Floor Management: Assign sales workers to duties, manage sales floor operations, and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate inventory counts.
- Security and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure work environment, including maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to company security protocols.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for store staff, including onboarding new employees and conducting performance evaluations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail store environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week.
