About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at VetStrategy. This exciting opportunity will enable you to utilize your veterinary expertise and passion for supporting clinics through our system-wide migration to a modern, cloud-based platform.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Harmonized Catalogue Advisors to support clinics during the conversion process while leveraging your foundational knowledge to deliver exceptional Go Lives. By streamlining operations and reducing manual data entry workload, you will empower clinics to focus on their core mission of improving animal lives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Go Live Support Implementation
  • Develop in-depth understanding of our standard VetStrategy catalogue from both a veterinary and business perspective.
  • Collaborate with clinics to comprehend their existing catalogue and guide them through the migration process, providing necessary training and support.
  • Oversee and manage the Go Live phase, ensuring seamless transition from old catalogues to our new standard catalogue.
  • Attend meetings with HCAT Advisors and clinic teams while capturing meeting minutes.
  • Assist in developing user-friendly training guides and resources to facilitate adoption and navigation of the standard VetStrategy catalogue.
  • Perform thorough assessments of clinic workflows to identify potential issues and address roadblocks proactively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously enhance the VetStrategy catalogue based on feedback and emerging best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the harmonized catalogue, offering ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clinic staff.

Inter-Departmental Coordination

  • Closely coordinate with program departments to ensure smooth conversions in line with the overall project timeline.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to the project team, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Minimum of 2+ years of veterinary-related clinical experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clinic staff and project team members.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong change management skills and ability to thrive in uncertain environments.
  • Proficiency with one or more patient management systems (e.g., AVImark, Logivet, Infinity, Cornerstone, Merlin) and ability to quickly learn different systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft O365 Suite, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and excel under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, with the ability to learn new skills quickly and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high-pressure situations.

What We Offer

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, plus excellent benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
