At Namaste India Restaurant and Bar, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to effectively supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and manage inventory effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, including budget and cost estimates.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Flexibility and a team player attitude.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Standing for extended periods.
