Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Edo Japan (Medicine Hat). As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Language: English.

Hours: 40 hours per week.
