We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to fill a Long Term Occasional position as a Grade 7/8 History, Geography, and Physical Education teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a variety of subjects and will work closely with the school administration to ensure a high-quality educational experience for students.
Key Responsibilities- Teach History, Geography, and Physical Education to Grade 7/8 students
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver curriculum
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Intermediate qualifications in History, Geography, and Physical Education
- Experience working with students in a Grade 7/8 setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
