Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at THE CASH HUT CORPORATION. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Assist with data entry and record-keeping
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Plan and coordinate events and meetings
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Compile data and statistics for reporting purposes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
