Aventas is a multi-channel marketing agency that has collaborated with prominent brands such as Telus, Rogers, Bell, RBC, and BMO. Our team specializes in helping brands unlock their unique perspective by conducting all sales and marketing interactions face-to-face.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Human Resources team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, learn, and grow within the position.

We are not looking for candidates with extensive experience, as comprehensive training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, an outgoing personality, and be a motivated self-starter. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing job boards and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinating between departments and conducting interviews
  • Onboarding new hires and completing background checks
  • Administrative tasks and utilizing our CRM system
  • Assisting in payroll and HR operations

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $20/Hour during the 90-day probationary period
  • $45,000 Salary + $5,000-$10,000 Annual Bonuses

Additionally, we provide:

  • Quarterly incentives
  • Travel opportunities for work-related purposes

Responsibilities:

  • Managing job boards and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinating between departments and conducting interviews
  • Onboarding new hires and completing background checks
  • Administrative tasks and utilizing our CRM system
  • Assisting in payroll and HR operations

  • Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding work ethic
  • Impressive and professional image and demeanor
  • Must be extremely organized
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Self-starter with a career-driven mindset

Priority will be given to candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Sales/Customer service experience
  • Other relevant skills such as Excel/Data analyst skills, Event planning, Accounting, or Website development
