We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team at Aventas. As an International HR Recruiter, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Managing Job Boards: Utilize our job posting platform to advertise open positions and attract top talent.
  • Booking Interviews: Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Coordinating between Departments: Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Conducting Interviews: Participate in the interview process to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Onboarding New Hires: Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new employees have a successful transition into the company.
  • Completing Background Checks: Conduct thorough background checks to ensure the integrity and safety of our employees.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as needed.
  • Utilizing our CRM System: Leverage our customer relationship management system to track candidate interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Assisting in Payroll: Provide support with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Doing Orientations and Assisting in HR Operations: Develop and implement orientation programs to ensure new employees have a positive and productive experience.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have experience in customer service or sales. Additional skills in Excel, data analysis, event planning, social media, and website development are highly desirable.
