Compliance Support Specialist

BMO Financial Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Audit Administrator to join our team on a 7-month contract basis.
The selected candidate will play a critical role in coordinating and meeting audit requirements for BMO Private Wealth. This involves working closely with auditors, subject matter experts, and the audit team to ensure timely and accurate submission of documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up folders and organizing documents
- Gathering information and reviewing it for completeness
- Packaging information and tracking audit requirements and statuses in Excel
- Loading information to SharePoint
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience with SharePoint
- 2 years of experience with Excel (basic-intermediate knowledge)
- 2 years of experience in the banking industry
- 2 years of experience in audit (desired)
