About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Liquor 2 Go. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and engage in conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including our extensive selection of liquor, wine, and beer.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assist customers in finding the perfect product, and provide recommendations to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
Work Environment

As a Retail Sales Associate at Liquor 2 Go, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and bend, crouch, or kneel as needed.
