Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Coquihalla Town Pantry & Triple O. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Our store is a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
