We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Lions Bay General Store & Cafe. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
