Retail Store Manager

Pier 66 Market & Liquor Store is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and control store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Process transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Pier 66 Market & Liquor Store is a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling. You will also be required to work in a public transportation accessible location.
