Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at CB ROSS COST CONSULTING INC. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates for construction projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate cost estimates
  • Conduct site visits to gather data and information for cost estimates
  • Prepare and present cost reports to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
