Job Title: Front End Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at OMG Nails & Spa. As a Front End Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-end operations of our business, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are working effectively.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate records.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all products are stocked and easily accessible.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
