Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 1 to 2 people, and up to 4 people in larger teams, to ensure efficient front-end operations.
  • Customer Service: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and resolve customer requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Initiative and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front-end supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
