Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front End Supervisor to join our team at Jiffy Lube. As a Front End Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-end operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and leading a team of front-end staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize Payments: Ensure accurate and timely payment processing for customers.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate the ordering and inventory management of front-end merchandise.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Plan and manage the work schedules of front-end staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Prepare Reports: Generate reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate and organized inventory records to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and coordinate the activities of front-end staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front-end supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
