Job Title: Front End Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Front End Supervisor to join our team at OMG Nails & Spa. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front end of our business, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks to sales staff to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments by cheque, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Order Merchandise: Source and procure high-quality products to meet customer demands and maintain inventory levels.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and direct the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, merchandising insights, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other challenges that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
