Job Summary

The Senior Community Experience Lead will play a key role in ensuring the quality and resident satisfaction of our standards at Faubourg du Mascaret. This includes consistently ensuring service delivery meets established brand standards in terms of quality, safety, timeliness, and customer service.

About You

We are looking for a qualified candidate with a University Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar education. Bilingual in English and French is required, as well as 2-3 years in a management role within Hospitality or Seniors Living environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintains quality and resident satisfaction of Faubourg du Mascaret standards;
  • Establishes strong processes of utilizing formal and informal resident feedback to influence operational practices;
  • Overses the orientation of new Residents to Faubourg du Mascaret through established standards;
  • Provides leadership and direction to housekeeping and hospitality services team;
  • Manages the professional development of all Team Members within the housekeeping and hospitality services department;
  • Overses operating budget and spending processes of the food and beverage department;
  • Directs safety & wellness culture of housekeeping and hospitality services team;
