Job Summary:The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate work to office support staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office operations
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 35 hours per week
