Job Description:

The Network Implementation Specialist is a pivotal role at Bulletproof, serving as the initial point of contact for clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, responsible for deploying and maintaining IT infrastructure for clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate client onboarding, ensuring seamless integration with Bulletproof services.
  • Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, firewall migrations, and security enhancements.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software devices, such as servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff, resolving issues and escalating problems as needed.
  • Research and evaluate new deployment technologies and solutions, recommending improvements and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of network equipment in racks at client sites.
  • Implement automation and scripting to optimize delivery processes.
  • Develop training materials and provide hands-on training to employees when necessary.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in IT infrastructure implementation, administration, or support.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in network hardware, server technologies, and security components.
  • Certifications in IT infrastructure are highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel 50-70% of the time, depending on project requirements.
  • Physical ability to lift equipment at client sites.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
