Job Summary

BMO is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Compensation / Total Rewards group, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and executing North American strategies to ensure fair pay for all employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation programs that align with BMO's overall business strategy.
  • Provide expert advice and counsel to senior leaders on compensation-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement compensation programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external service providers.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field.
  • Expert knowledge of compensation theory and program design methodology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
What We Offer

BMO offers a competitive salary range of $92,400.00 - $171,600.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
