Job Title: Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Kenan Courier and Logistics. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation, and develop strategies to pursue and close new business.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies, and provide input on marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with clients, and a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
