Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Kenan Courier and Logistics. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and presenting our services to them.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standard and that clients are satisfied with our services.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
