Job Title: Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Kenan Courier and Logistics. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation, and develop strategies to pursue and close new business.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of services, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
