Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Health Project Management Office team as a Program Management Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Director and Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth execution of health programs processes and procedures.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience in a project administration or contract management environment. You will work closely with the Contract Managers to intake and process tasks, update records, and communicate with stakeholders. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Intake and processing of tasks, including vetting, saving, and sharing information with Contract Managers;
  • Updating records in the Applicant Tracking System tool (DeskFlow) to ensure accuracy and consistency;
  • Collecting requests and inquiries from Contract Managers and presenting them to the DND Procurement office for action;
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A College Diploma or University Degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a project admin or similar role;
  • Experience working in a government and/or private sector contracts environment;
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, written and oral communication skills;
  • Advanced knowledge using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
