Job Summary

MGR INFOTECH LIMITED is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer-related issues
  • Offer training and guidance to users on how to use our computer systems
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex issues
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new software and applications
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • At least 7 months of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic security clearance and bondable
