Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Wiz Management Inc. as a User Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: A college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Key Tasks:
    • Provide access to computer networks and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of computer systems and networks.
    • Offer technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.
    • Research and implement solutions by consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other documents.
    • Provide training and advice to users in response to identified difficulties.
    • Maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
    • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and manage incidents effectively.
  • Work Environment: This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek, requiring English language proficiency.
