- Key Tasks:
- Provide access to computer networks and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Monitor and report on the performance of computer systems and networks.
- Offer technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.
- Research and implement solutions by consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other documents.
- Provide training and advice to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage incidents effectively.
- Work Environment: This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek, requiring English language proficiency.
