Gas Station Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Team Lead to join our team at CIRCLE K GAS STATION. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning duties, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the gas station.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including apprentices, sales workers, and design team members.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all stock is up-to-date and accurate.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of office and volunteer staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility and reliability.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues.
