Gas Station Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Gas Station. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our gas station, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including sales workers, apprentices, and design team members.
- Assign duties and tasks to staff, ensuring that all areas of the gas station are covered.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is always available.
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure that staff are meeting their performance targets.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the retail or gas station industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of MS Outlook and other relevant software applications.
