About the Role

The Customer Supply Chain Associate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely delivery of products and services, and providing exceptional support to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders, track shipping dates, and update records using multiple systems and spreadsheets.
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external customers regarding order and shipment status.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, site visits, and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide daily customer reports and utilize multiple systems for order entry and verification.
  • Lead projects using structured problem-solving methodologies.

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail for accuracy in order entry and reports.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to handle high volumes of emails and orders.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • College or university degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role with direct experience managing orders and customer relationships.
