Supply Chain Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Supply Chain Director to lead our North American operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust supply chain processes that enhance coordination and alignment between departments, enabling long-term strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor the Integrated Supply Chain Planning team across North America, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Oversee demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling to meet service level goals.
- Develop and implement S&OP processes that enhance coordination and alignment between departments, enabling long-term strategic planning.
- Drive strategic improvements in planning efficiency, from short-term tactical changes to long-term structural enhancements.
- Establish and refine procedures, policies, and documentation to ensure accountability and control within the Planning process.
- Implement and optimize demand planning and production planning systems, ensuring they support and enhance our overall Planning process.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with manufacturing and sales teams, ensuring alignment and shared goals.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10+ years in supply chain management, including at least five years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in integrated supply chain planning within a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving long-term business improvements and efficiencies.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for influencing and negotiating in a complex organizational setting.
- Results-driven, with a sharp focus on achieving both short-term targets and long-term strategic goals.
- Strong prioritization and communication skills, with the ability to see the big picture and navigate complex environments effectively.
