About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Supply Chain team at ROCKWOOL Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and respond to customer inquiries and orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Run daily and weekly reports to track customer order execution and identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with supply chain teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and loyalty.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume customer orders and inquiries.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field.
