About the Role

The Customer Supply Chain Associate will be responsible for working closely with customers to ensure timely delivery of products and services. This role involves handling customer inquiries, managing orders, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders, including monitoring, tracking, and updating shipping dates using multiple systems.
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external customers regarding order and shipment status.
  • Develop strong customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and problem-solving.
  • Provide daily customer reports using Excel.
  • Utilize multiple systems for order entry and verification.

Requirements

  • High attention to detail for accuracy of order entry and reports.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organization and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of emails and orders.
  • College or University degree/diploma in Business Administration or Operations/Inventory Control/Logistics/Supply Chain preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role with direct experience managing orders and customer relationships.
