The successful candidate will also be responsible for ordering merchandise, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise staff and assign sales workers to duties

- Establish work schedules and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory and supervise office and volunteer staff
- 5-10 years of experience in retail management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Fast-paced retail environment
- Tight deadlines and attention to detail required
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral communication and flexibility
