Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Powell River Chevron. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 32-hour workweek. The work language is English, and the work setting is a retail business.
