Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Jia Retail Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training new employees, establishing work schedules, and resolving customer complaints and supply shortages. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in retail management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operations
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory to meet business needs
  • Manage cash and perform other financial duties as required
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in inventory management and cash handling
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of 3-4 staff members. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent time management and organizational skills.
