About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of representatives in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service management.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services.
