We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service management
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
