Requirements
- Education and Experience: Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, and revenue management, with a strong background in the entertainment, tourism, or attractions industry.
- Track Record: Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in a multi-regional or global context.
- Skills and Abilities: Experience managing and mentoring diverse teams. Strategic thinking while executing tactical actions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Expertise in digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analytics.
