The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in the management of projects at the plants, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Liaise with all departments, manage cross-functional teams, and create, track, and manage current projects.
  • Manage accountability for all roles and responsibilities to ensure the program runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Analyze metrics to effect performance improvement in the areas of Quality, Operational Excellence, EHS, and make recommendations.
  • Responsible for the on-time and on-budget completion of all customer deliverables.
  • Assist in various job duties of the Product, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering teams.
  • Ensure the plant team's participation in the development and understanding of the production processes.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of manufacturing project management experience is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • PMP is a great asset.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
  • Hands-on experience at the plant level.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and processes.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
