About the Role

The PMO Manager in Security Technology will lead the Project Management Office, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of security technology projects. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the security technology industry.
