- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
- Provide information and services to employees, including employee assistance and counselling.
- Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
- Collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
- Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
