Overview

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is a leading provider of full-service construction services for commercial, residential, institutional, and light industrial projects.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Kingston, ON.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects valued at $80M+, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion and maximum efficiency
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including risk management strategies
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial statements and project metrics
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on large-scale projects
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
