Academic Programs Director

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Programs Director to join our team at Queen's University. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling academic and related activities of the school, developing curriculum for training programs, and planning, administering and controlling budgets for projects, programs, support services and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control academic and related activities of the school
- Develop curriculum for training programs
- Plan, administer and control budgets for projects, programs, support services and equipment
- Administer policy changes
- Counsel students regarding personal and social issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years or more of experience
- University or college work setting
- Management experience
