We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to join our team at Anet Fiber Tech Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to inform construction decisions
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality construction outcomes
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform construction decisions
  • Prepare detailed reports on project progress and performance
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily construction operations
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
