Your key responsibilities will include preparing materials for sandblasting or coating, removing previous paint surfaces, and expertly priming and painting diverse materials, structures, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare materials for sandblasting or coating
- Remove previous paint surfaces
- Prepare, prime, and paint various types of materials, structures, and equipment
- Clean and maintain spray guns, paint booths, and related equipment
- Prepare and apply stencils, decals, or other decorative items on finished products
- Select appropriate paint or mix paints
- Repair and/or replace interior and exterior components such as instrument panels, seat frame assemblies, carpets, and floorboard insulation, trim panels, and mouldings
- Remove and install bolt-on components such as hoods, deck lids, fenders, trim, doors, glass, and interior items
- Match colors accurately
- Mix and apply refinish products in the correct sequence, ensuring chemical compatibility, adhesion, and durability
- Perform polishing techniques

Qualifications
- Related Trade Certificate
- Minimum 1 year of industrial or automotive painting experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong computer skills
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, including marijuana
- Must be fit-for-duty
- Ability to work well independently
- Must be immediately eligible/able to work in Canada
